The owner of the above MX-980 presses one of 4 macro buttons to control two identical televisions, two cable boxes, and one avr. The top macro turns on the 1st tv, tunes in ESPN, selects tv Input1 and the avr input and Dolby sound mode. The 2nd macro does likewise for Fox Sports on the 2nd tv and cable box. The third macro allows changing channels on either cable box. The 4th macro button shuts off the televisions and avr.
